Trouble Updating on iOS

  • On iOS devices, players may sometimes not see the "Update" button on the LightSlinger Heroes page.
  • If the App Store is open, tap the home button twice to close it.
  • Open App Store
  • Tap the "Updates" tab below.
  • Look for LightSlinger Heroes in the list and tap "Update" 


Trouble Updating on Google Play Store

  • If you do not see the update on Google Play Store, follow these instructions:
  • Tap "Settings"
  • Tap "Applications Manager" or "Apps" or "Apps & Apps Data". These are named differently depending on your device make.
  • Tap Google Play Store
  • Tap "Clear Data" and "Clear Cache"

  • Close Google Play Store if it is open.

  • Open Google Play Store and search for "LightSlinger Heroes". The update should now be available to download.
